Welcome to Gilded – a full suite of financial tools for your web3 business. Gilded transforms the way you account for crypto transactions, send payments & invoices, and sync your transactions to your fiat accounting software.
To help you get started for free, these are the steps you need when setting up your company’s Gilded account.
Estimated time: 10 minutes or less.
Create your account:
Sign up with Google or enter your email and password.
Enter your first name, last name, company name, and choose your base currency (USD if you account for assets in US Dollars).
Important note: once you select your base currency, you cannot change this in the application.
Connect your crypto wallet (we currently support Ethereum / ERC-20, Polygon, or Bitcoin wallets) and choose from a few options:
Connecting your crypto wallet directly (Metamask, WalletConnect, and many more).
Connecting your Coinbase account.
Input Bitcoin or Ethereum address manually.
Confirm the account’s address and name the wallet. Click “Add Account.”
Take a brief tour of the Gilded app to see everything we have to offer or dive right in.
What you get out of Gilded with a free account: Use the plethora of business tools that a free Gilded account has to offer:
Upgrading your account: In order to add more than one crypto wallet, be able to export a CSV of your transactions, sync transactions to Quickbooks Online, you will need to upgrade your Gilded account. You can get a 14-day free trial for any of our more advanced plans.
To upgrade and begin your trial: click the “Upgrade Plan” button in the top menu and decide which plan is best for you from Bronze, Silver, Gold and Enterprise.

You can unsubscribe at any time during your trial. If you choose not to cancel after 14 days, your credit card will be charged for the account you signed up for.
