Set your business name, profile picture, manage notifications, passwords, billing, and customize invoice details.

Personalizing your Gilded Profile is super simple and if you’re sending invoices, it will help your clients recognize you. Let's Begin!

Upon creating your Gilded account, you can personalize and customize your profile to fit your exact needs. Your Gilded profile is where you can not only set your business name and profile picture, but also manage your notifications, password, billing, and customized invoice details. These settings can be changed by the account owner at any time.


  1. After logging in to Gilded, click on the profile icon at the top right portion of the page and select "Profile" from the drop-down menu.

  2. Fill in the "Manage Profile" section and make sure your name, company name (if applicable), and email information are all correct. This is what your customers, contractors, vendors, clients, etc. will see when you invoice or pay them. This is also where you can upload/change your Gilded profile picture. Click on the "logo/avatar" image to select your image.

  3. Below the "Manage Profile" section, you will see four categorical boxes labeled Notifications, Manage Password, Base Currency, and Manage Billing.

    a. Notifications - select the toggle option to the on position in order to enable product updates via email.

    b. Manage Password - switch the toggle bar to the on position in order to change and save a new password.

    c. Base Currency - Your base currency cannot be changed once your Gilded account is created.

    d. Manage Billing - Click on "Manage Billing" to update/change account information, billing/shipping address, and payment methods. You can also see your Billing History with Gilded.

  4. In the "Manage Invoice Details" section of your profile, fill in any applicable information. The information entered in this section will always appear in any invoices sent out from your Gilded profile, thus saving you from having to manually enter it each time. This is also a good opportunity to enter any terms and conditions associated with any transactions that you may have. (Example: you can include Gilded's Security and Privacy Promises as an addendum to your business’ terms and conditions.)
