The Universal Import Tool enables you to import all of your transactions from blockchains and exchanges into Gilded, ultimately allowing an effortless sync to your accounting software of choice.

Although we have direct synchronization for Bitcoin, Ethereum, BSC, Ronin, and Polygon wallets (with more direct blockchain support coming soon), you can still easily import transactions from other networks. The same is true for important transactions from various centralized exchanges beyond Coinbase and Kraken (i.e. Binance, Gemini, and FTX).

How to Import Transactions Using a CSV File

  1. From the Accounts page, click +Add Account

  2. Click “Import Only Account”

  3. Name your account and click “save”

  4. Select Gilded: Standard Format

  5. Browse to your .csv file by clicking on “select a file” and click enter
*ProTip: Use the Gilded standard format for imports; the template is downloadable in the application and definitions for column headers are provided below

  6. Check account name.

  7. Click “start importing”

You are now ready to review the transactions as imported!

ProTip: If a re-import is needed, you can revert the process with the click of a button.
