Q: Why aren't my transactions showing up on the Activity page?

A: There are several possible solutions:

  • The blockchain can take several minutes to confirm transactions. I can take 5-10 minutes, and sometimes longer, to allow transactions to begin appearing in your Activity page.

  • Make sure that your wallet is connected/synced in your Gilded Accounts page. To learn more about this topic, check out our helpful article here.

Pro Tip: To manually “force” an update of the Activity page, go to your Accounts page and select the wallet in question. Once on that individual wallet’s page, click on the “See Transactions” link. This will automatically take you to the Activity page of your Gilded account and show any and all transactions associated with that wallet.
