Q: Why is my connection with Coinbase/Kraken interrupted?

A: When Coinbase and Kraken users update their passwords, it will most likely interrupt their integration with Gilded. To fix connectivity issues pertaining to password changes, navigate to the Integrations page and click the "Resync" button to your exchange account. This should fix any issues that you are experiencing.

This is a good opportunity to remind Gilded users that password hygiene is important, especially for exchange accounts. We recommend updating your passwords at least once every year. Upon changing your passwords, make sure to update your integration to Gilded immediately afterwards.
